  10. don’t dangle ends
  11. ask for tax law references
  12. don’t give in
  13. never be alone with a fraud investigator
  14. don’t tamper with the evidence
  15. never ever die and not get a clearance certificate
  16. beware of the “Rats”  (CRA has top hot-line for those who want revenge)
